Custom-order refunds
Because printed magnets are custom goods, approved orders are not refundable after production begins unless there is a production defect or fulfillment mistake.
Turnaround and shipping
Warm Recollections makes orders in America from Lake in the Hills, Illinois. Standard photo orders usually start production the same day, are made in 1 to 2 business days, and ship with tracking. Most U.S. orders arrive in 4 to 6 business days total; international orders usually arrive in 7 to 14 days depending on country.
Gift box packaging
Every American-made order ships in a branded Warm Recollections gift box at no additional cost, ready to be given as-is.
Uploaded photos and artwork
Customer uploads are used to quote, proof, and produce the order. Warm Recollections does not use customer photos in marketing without explicit permission.
Artwork rights
Customers must have rights to the photos, logos, fonts, and artwork they submit. Warm Recollections may refuse jobs that appear to violate rights or safety rules.
